Master Lanto ~ Wisdom and Understanding

Working with Master Lanto: I had not heard of Lanto until he came to me when I requested a master for the next master to write about in my book. I was thrilled to do a little online research and verify who this energy was and thought he was a perfect addition to the group.

When I learned that he replaced Master Kuthumi in 1958 as the Ascended Master of the 2nd Ray of wisdom, illumination and knowledge, it made sense to me as I am also here working under the 2nd ray. He appeared to me as a very noble Chinese gentleman as his last human lifetime was as the Duke of Chou around 400BC and credited with the I-ching and the inspiration for Confucianism.

His wisdom and style of teaching is tempered with great honour and respect and it is a pleasure to work with him as a teacher and a guide. He offered me tea and reminded me that there are many wonderful herbal medicines in teas and that we should use them more to find balance for our bodies.

Take a week or two, especially the teachers, and invite Master Lanto to be a part of your experience. I have really enjoyed working with him and writing with him overlighting my work and will do so more often. He shares great love and creates a feeling that you can do it, no matter what and that it is always a choice in what we feel, think and see.

Wisdom and Understanding

Within you lies a flame of inner wisdom that once ignited, will grow and glow in your heart for your entire lifetime. Take the time to ignite this Three Fold Flame of love, wisdom and power as you seek greater spiritual understanding, for now is the time of the awakening of the path to the one. This flame is powerful and will bring much balance to your world. For so many years now, you have lived in the energy of polarity and opposites and it is time now to find the center.

Let that golden hue within you be the balance for your wisdom and your power. Use this balancer as your guide in all that you say and do and you will notice profound changes taking place within you. Spend time each day and night connecting with this flame, work with the flame and nourish it.

Ask your guides and angels’ questions while working with this flame and you will begin to understand more than you thought possible. There are different levels of initiation and wisdom that those of us on this side are constantly working through and to as we are in service to humanity. When you call upon our lights and allow us to be in service, you are helping us fulfill our mission. It is no different on your side of the veil.

Each time you work with this flame it becomes stronger. Take a deep breathe right now and close your eyes, envision this beautiful flame within you burning a golden yellow for wisdom and surrounded by the blue flame of power, will and protection, and the pink flame of love and compassion. Allow this flame to glow and grow, and nurture it often, as this flame will take you to new levels of understanding and growth.

 

Heal any past beliefs. It is time to transform any of the past spiritual vows you have made with yourself and others, either in this lifetime or any past lifetimes, as this can hold you back from reaching your desired outcomes. It is time to let go and allow yourself some room to grow and explore in ways you did not think possible.

Spend some time in meditation daily. It does not have to be long, it is just important that you do it. As you spend time with your angels, guides and higher self, you will find that you experience a more fluid journey filled with many opportunities and much joy. Work on letting your inner light shine to be a beacon of hope for others.

It is important that you connect and work with your higher selves as you are the essence of your higher self that is having a finite experience. You are a particle of your higher self. Since your higher self is you and infinite, and closest to your vibration (as it is you), then connecting and working with this aspect of you can only enhance your experiences. Your higher self is wise and filled with love and compassionate. However remember that your higher self does not live in polarity, does not live in time and space as you do and therefore does not see things as good or bad, it sees the perfection in every experience.

This is sometimes a difficult subject to fully understand when you are living in the energy of the yin and the yang, and so there is an element of trust that sometimes is required while you are learning to see and understand the bigger picture of it all. And so, it is here where we ask you to heal your heart of any past experiences that still weight on your mind.

Affirmation: "As I heal any past spiritual experiences, I become aware of my connection to the Divine Presence within myself and others."

Keep your thoughts positive. Keep your thoughts on seeing and feeling that you will succeed, and know that every step you take is leading you closer to where it is you wish to go. Ask your angels to guide you to the path that is most beneficial for you right now and that it also filled with joy and love along the way. Sometimes you wonder how on earth this could have been the best path you find yourself in and we wish to elevate your understanding that you did not end up there with guidance from your higher self and guides, it was in following your path that has lead you there. And please also understand that are no wrong turns or mistakes are possible. This is when it is so important to have worked on your connections, so you can stop at any time, connect and trust in yourself once again and move forward from there.

 

Allow yourself to move with ease as you float down the river of life and know that there will be times when that river is moving fast and then there are other times it will slow and flow gently by. Know that you are in this flow and focus on the good in life to keep the currents of positive energy flowing through your being. If negative thoughts should arise, say stop, and cancel them and choose deliberate phrases to get you back on task. Hold those feelings and let them flow through every cell of your being.

Affirmation: "As I keep my attention focused of reaching my desired destination, I trust that each step will be clearly marked upon my path."

Meditation is a vital key. Connecting with your guides and angels and most importantly, your higher self are strengthened through a regular meditation practice. Within each of you is this amazing storehouse of wisdom and knowledge and it is readily available, however you must practice in order to understand and trust that this is so. When you first began to walk, you did not get up and run and be perfect at it right away. You fell and stumbled and finally you made it with a few bumps and bruises along the way. But, you did not give up until you mastered that skill and you still work at it this day. You must practice. It needn’t be for hours, it just needs to be constant. A little patience with yourself might be required, and also knowing that you are worth the little extra time it takes to make this a daily practice for yourself. In time you will see that your life is running much smoother and you see the value in this practice.

As you practice connecting and learn to trust in what you sense and feel, you will find that you can learn supremely important information about life, the universe and all that is. You can experience a heightened awareness and experience some profound insights into knowledge and understanding the mysteries of life, the spirit and the divine. This is what so many of the spiritual aspirants seek and it all lies within you.

Affirmation: "As I regularly connect with my guidance, I have access to the wisdom that I seek."

It is time. Take charge of your life today. You are being asked to step forward and be in your purpose. This means living your life from your truth, following your passion and trusting in yourself. If you are unsure what your purpose is, then it is time to do things that bring joy, excitement, and passion to your journey. Begin by changing the things you can and the rest will fall into place as you move forward. If you are stuck as to what is the next step to take, just take one and trust that there will be another and that it will be more clear and brighter with each step you take. Trust that it is so and it must be.

Take the time to see the love and the beauty that is around you and let that be the center of your focus. Ask your guides and angels to help you see more beauty in the hearts and the minds of the people you come in contact with and to help you see more of it all around you. Let the beauty within you emerge and share your light with others, as that is truly what your purpose is. Keep your Three-fold flame burning deep within you and soon it will be a beacon guiding others to find their path.

Transforming Obstacles into Blessings

 

The energies of the recent lunar eclipse triggered a wave of energy that will extend into coming weeks and months, bringing about clearing and release at all levels. We offer 16 steps for making the most of this profound period of change and transformation.

One) Spend time in nature -- connect with the peace and perfection of plants, trees, flowers and the night sky.

Two) Take daily sun baths for 10 to 15 minutes. Visualize the sun's light filling the cells of your body.

Three) Spend time each day nurturing yourself. Begin a new health regimen, prepare healthy meals for yourself, receive spa treatments, massages, etc. Homeopathy, essential oils and flower essences can prove beneficial during this time.

Four) Clear up energy in your environment. Clear away any clutter and arrange spaces in inspiring and uplifting ways.

Your AWAKENING Will Retrieve, Reconnect and Raise Communication WITH your SELF

The importance of your awakening from your ordinary consciousness into your full spiritual remembrance of who were and who you are is becoming the journey of many. What is being witnessed dear ones that even for those that are physically awake, mentally many are still mentally asleep - completely unaware of themselves because they are too absorbed in the current impulse that has stimulated and captured their attention. The state of convergence, otherwise understood as your mental immersion easily prevents you from entering a productive dream state.

When you are unaware that you are dreaming during your sleep, understand dear ones that this is a time you give yourself over to some of the most draining of dreams. It is during your day this lower state of consciousness does not always automatically dissolve, thus having you continue behaving slave-like to your impulses, spontaneous thoughts, and social palavers.

One of the first steps of your awakening necessitates you to break out of this convergence by increasing a particular measure of lucidity – a degree of self-awareness. Always dear ones, you can focus your attention inward and see yourself, putting your concentration steady in the current NOW moment. Take notice of your thoughts, examine your feelings, and observe intently to the sensations that are present in your body and notice your breath.

This amount of concentrated effort will bring you to the realization that your current perceptions are still stemming from your outer vehicles, even if they are occurring within your own mind. Understand dear ones the very central core of your mind is your center of perception that expresses your true self while the exterior region of your mind that is occupied by your thoughts that may or may not have been your own. This inner central core is your silent, quiet observer, the consciousness viewing through your own eyes and thinking through your mind.

Comprehend dear ones that to become lucid requires you to be cognizant of your own mindfulness. There are some dear souls that describe this as a state of remembrance since convergence is forgetting your own Self. Understanding lucidity is quite simple. Simply go within with pure focus and remember yourself in the NOW moment. Each time you make the effort to remember yourself you are hindering convergence and ending disremembering of your Self is your first step towards truly remembering your beloved spiritual identity. Realize and fully comprehend it is quite common to that you are, but incredibly empowering to know who you are. Know dear ones the first, just being will eventually lead you to second and that is your true soul self.

It is essential, as many dear souls know that being consciously present in the NOW is quite easy to execute but can be problematic to maintain. There are many books available to be purchased that speak on this subject alone. But the issue is not one sided. The issue is both physical and metaphysical. At first your heightened state of consciousness needs vital energy and a decent supply of communication that can reach each cell of your body. Understand dear ones; your energy will become depleted over a period of time from exertion. You might notice a slip into a lower level of consciousness. There is no harm being done here. Know dear ones, your consciousness and mental focus has the ability to expand through conscious development and training. Upholding any level of lucidity will become easier and with practice you will progressively increase the measure of your focus. There are various meditations that are able to guide and train you to becoming more self-aware. When you make the motion to practice lucidity within a controlled setting, you will come to understand that state of higher consciousness will become easier to reach and maintain during natural conditions. I encourage each of you to research meditations that require you to focus. Find one that resonates with you and work with it.

When you observe negative emotions and the inner feelings they create, in time you will stop entering a ‘run away’ state that causes overreaction and learn to perceive these sensations with constant awareness that is lacking of anger and fear that will engage an automatic defusing mechanism without depleting your energy. Understanding even during difficult moments, remaining in the NOW is most effective and beneficial to your entire being.

 

When you take the time to seriously observe yourself dear ones you increase your own awareness and dissolve negative thought forms. Each time you are able to return to your central core you are allowing yourself to choose in that NOW moment what to think, feel or even do. Understand dear ones, without self-awareness you would have no choice; you would only have a mechanical response to any given provocation.

The main purpose of the second stage of being awakened and lucid is for you to strengthen your connection to the higher realms of consciousness. Through careful listening, you become more aware of their influence and their influences becomes a more permanent feature of your evolving self. This dear ones is a crucial point. To become lucid while being in the flow will for a moment interrupt this divine momentum. Lucidity will not interrupt your flow of awakened energy if it is strong enough and you know as we have discussed, its strength comes from practice.

Positive convergence will eventually make your connection to the higher realms of consciousness much more permanent in order for you to gain self-awareness and not break the sacred connection. Furthermore, this dear ones is the third stage of awakening – being simultaneously lucid and in the flow of the NOW moment. Where the second stage you were running your conscious mind into your subconscious. The third stage starts the process of nurturing your subconscious into the conscious.

It is during this stage dear ones where practice of being aware of your SELF without being interrupted from the flow of impressions that enter your mind from other sources takes place. Passive observation and compassionate allowance of the influence of the higher realms of consciousness, will demonstrate your thoughts, feelings, words and actions that speak of your evolving God Presence. You must always be aware dear ones of your influences. Even while you remain lucid, allowing positive influences to work through you, the positive convergence can easily pass into negativity because you become too focused, too absorbed to catch when the change began. Do not fret when this occurs dear one, your inner self will solve the issue and return your whole self to a state of peace and calm.

 

When you find you are able to balance your self-awareness with positive flow that becomes permanent enough to allow your lower self to interact in dynamic unity your higher conscious self instead of being in a passive state of observation then dear ones you have entered the final stage of awakening. Once your lower self is free from all negative convergence and your higher conscious self holds a perfect, clear and permanent connection, and both are centered in the NOW moment at the same time, then a mutual flow of energy is very possible. It is your lower self that demonstrates mastery integrating the new wisdom you have gained of your higher conscious self, thus raising your own vibration. Your lower self finally merges, blends with your higher conscious self, bringing into achievement of total integration of your entire being.

Understand dear ones the stages are not required to be achieved in sequential order like in school. You will find yourself occupying one phase of a stage first, and then requiring you to learn how to integrate that part with the rest. Knowing full well that reaching the higher stages will require more patience as they can be more difficult to access as well as to maintain. It is normal dear ones to have flashes of awareness similar to a fluorescent light bulb that flickers often before fully being lit. Don’t become discouraged. Hope is always there dear ones, encouraging you to keep trying.

The primary goal to awakening dear ones is for you to retrieve what has been locked away and to re-establish connection and communication with your higher consciousness and God Presence and of course to remember who you are. Dear ones this all begins when you make a point to observe and discover yourself from the inside and listening to your heart.

A Window of Opportunity

This past week, I’ve been hit with tremendous floods of energetic waves of light. Have you felt it, too? It was challenging to get through the work day and then go home to do more chores, just to keep myself and my pets fed. Every night I have had to go to bed early, perhaps because I was needed elsewhere? Don’t know. I don’t have the insights and visions that some others have or the lucid dreaming. I do dream and intensely. And my dreams have changed lately in their quality. I am meeting old and new friends, relatives and doing strange things.
This morning I dreamt that I was walking outside of my grandmother’s house, only the house was perched on the side of a hill, not unlike the place where I used to live as a child. And our old neighbor’s house was gone. All that was left was a huge, steep garden. I was dressed in a long floral dress and moving quite easily, almost dancing. I started back to the house; the way steepened until I was climbing, still in a dress. Still I persisted until I came to a ledge outside of a window. I could hear my next-door neighbors (yes, there was suddenly a house there) making a running commentary on my progress up the slope. As I got nearer to the window, their little girl gasped. My feet were slipping. I found purchase on a few nails that protruded from the rockwork, but then the nail head broke beneath the weight of my lightly shod foot. Still I hung on and managed to open the window, but it looked too small for me to climb through. Still there wasn’t any other place to go. I couldn’t turn back, so I went forward enlarging the opening as I pushed through. Then finally, I managed to climb through the window and was home, again.
One could see this dream as being symbolic of our struggle to reach ascension. Although there were times earlier on the path where I could have turned back and returned to a “normal” life, I never wavered. Something within urged me to climb higher and so I went, even dressed in an impractical dress. So, I persisted and have finally made it to the window, perhaps the gate of Ascension that some channelers are speaking of these days.
My role seems to be changing. From anchoring the light upon the planet, I have seemed to move now into the role of a gatekeeper or certainly a cheerleader for those who are now waking up. However humble my state in the world, I am growing in my inner awareness of my true Being and it is vast, vaster than I could ever imagine. Nightly I have etheric visitors who wish to chat with me, angelic beings, light beings, sometimes my Twin Flame, the Divine Mother… all seeking to answer my questions. What every one of them has told me is to continue to seek within, to open the Heart, to focus on the Oneness of all humanity. As I work with the energies before falling off to sleep, I feel the great warmth in my heart chakra as my awareness opens up, seeking to flood first my body, then my surroundings and eventually the entire planet with the love that I feel emanating from the center of my heart. It is difficult to put this into words, but it feels like a beautiful web of Light and Love is being constructed, has been constructed and is coming online as each person opens to it.
Ascension is both an individual and communal (as in community of the planet) process. We are all in this together. Whether or not we choose to ascend is up to each individual. In resisting the lure of ascension, one is merely signaling that they do not feel ready to take the next step out of the experience of polarity. These people will be cared for; this has been made clear through the messages given out by the galactics, angelic beings and ascended masters. No one is denied the exercise of their free will. I do know, however, that I have chosen ascension. I chose ascension before ever I came to incarnate in this lifetime. It has come increasingly to my awareness that I have been doing this kind of work, light-working, for many embodiments upon this planet, in many cultures and races. Each of us must come to our own decision, whether to remain in 3D to continue to experience polarity at the appropriate level of soul development, to leave the body to go to the astral plane for further teaching or to move into the fifth dimension, where new lessons will be undergone.
About a month ago, I was blessed with, for me, an unusual dream. In it I approached a beautiful young couple, man and woman. I noticed right away that they had the outer appearance of Hindu gods, rather like the paintings of Shiva and his Shakti, Parvati. Whoever they were, the two beings were quite beautiful. I felt entirely calm in their presence, interested and just a slightly bit puzzled. Why would I be so blessed as to receive this dream / vision? The answer came simply because you were / are open to receiving an image of your Father / Mother God. Now, as one who has emerged from a Protestant Christian upbringing, who has studied metaphysics and the Goddess religion, I have little knowledge of Hindu gods, yet I recognized them immediately. One does not walk through Asian art museums in San Francisco and Seattle without seeing at least one or more statues or paintings of these beautiful beings. It was my feeling that I was given this particular dream image simply because I had no expectations of becoming suddenly a devotee of Shiva, but that I would recognize the universality of the images given, as representing just one face of Divinity as well as one of the oldest living religions as has been given forth for humanity. And the goddess was very kind, handing me a little treat to eat. There were no words from the couple, just some comments from me on the beautiful arts of India as I looked upon their intricate costumes and the little sculpture that lay on a table beside the goddess. It was large, shaped like a lingam stone, and decorated in an intricate design by tiny colored beads. The goddess handed me a little sack of seeds to eat, which I did gladly. Perhaps someone more conversant in Hindu ways could interpret the dream for me. I just know that I woke up with the most pleasant feelings of being loved, as a child does when it knows it is loved. For me, it is interesting that these ties to Mother India would emerge, as I have discovered that both the Great Divine Director and my Twin Flame have ties to that wonderful, ancient and complicated culture.
No matter what culture or race you have been born into, our planet is made up of individuals who are connected from within. We are the nodes on the intersecting web of light; we are the holders of the Flame of life; we are a community of Life, here and now, coming into an awareness that we are One with our Divinity, greater than we seem, and worthy of love and respect. Each of us is a jewel of light or a facet of the jewel that makes up the wholeness of humanity. And with us are those who are our family, from the galactic and intergalactic star nations, as well as angelic beings and ascended masters.

If you look at the great picture another way, we are all ascended masters who have decided to wake up, again, to take up our mantles and continue our work in another field. The work will not end with ascension of the planet; it will continue in other places and spheres and within each of us. And those who chose not to ascend at this time will come later, in their own time without judgment. They, too, will be greeted with joy.
I understand that many lightworkers are currently experiencing anxiety and doubt over the reality of ascension, simply because it appears that few changes have occurred in their outer existence. Wars, political turmoil, disease, natural and manmade disasters still continue across the face of the planet. In no place does it appear that peace has broken out, yet, we tell you (I’m channeling this now, folks!) it has. Peace has broken out in the hearts of man, woman and child. People who have been in disagreement with one another are either reaching out with open hands to grasp their former enemy’s hand or are moving on, simply leaving the point of confrontation, the bone of contention. Some people have realized that to continue to lash out at the ills of the world serves no purpose but to keep negativity and fear alive; so they determine to leave it all behind. Others work behind the scenes, moving and changing what they can within their area of expertise, waiting for the right moment when the changes can be finally aired before the eyes of the world, when finally it is “safe” to do so. Still others, brave ones, are speaking out, moved by what is in their hearts, aligning with other people in their communities and joining together, after the manner of Gandhi and Martin Luther King, to act in unity with their neighbors through symbolic gestures of peaceful, non-violent resistance.
Yes, some people are still getting killed and injured; yes, wars still continue; yes, there are political factions who still wish to foment certain parties in order that a new world war might start – Yet, we tell you now, they will not succeed. Peace is emerging in this world. Peace is emerging through the hearts of individuals, who work without acknowledgement, but who have taken upon themselves to increase the light quotient upon this planet to the point of no return. And that point has been reached. Ascension will take place. The fate of Atlantis and Lemuria will not be ours. We will go forward into the light those who choose to do so at this time and will leave a path for those who come along later to follow.
A window of opportunity has emerged for those who are still indecisive, who are experiencing doubt or even fear. Decide now whether or not it is time for you to move on. It is an individual decision and one that only you can make. And what you decide will be supported by the extremely intense light being focused upon our planet during these final months until the shift takes place. Each of us has an opportunity to finalize our cleaning our closets, releasing our fears and strengthening our connection to our Higher Selves. Each of us has an opportunity to be more than we are now, to open up to the endless possibilities that ascension can offer. Each of us has the opportunity to learn to trust and to be willing to learn to be patient and listen. For ascension is on a “need to know” basis; you learn what you need to know in the moment you need to know it. Learning to trust is an implicit part of the process, as I am learning to trust that something will emerge from my fingers when I sit down to the keyboard!
For many people this is a way of existence in complete opposition to the way they have approached their daily lives, with planning and mapping out their entire career and life plan. For these individuals, they are discovering the old ways are no longer working. There are too many interruptions, life has become too unpredictable. Those who have had fabulous, well-paying careers are suddenly finding themselves out on the street looking for another job, losing their house and possessions, seemingly without hope. There is hope; there is always hope, but sometimes one needs to look within rather than to attempt to discover the answers outside of one; sometimes the answer comes in a moment of clarity, a few words in a book or song, in the warm smile of a complete stranger. Sometimes the insight on what your next step should be will come upon waking or in a moment spent alone, perhaps even while taking a shower or walking the dog. The answers will come if you give them an opportunity. Open your mind and heart to possibilities, they will be there.
And open your heart to your unseen helpers or those who wish to be your assistants, the angelic beings. They wait upon your word and intent for they are respecters of universal law; they cannot interfere where they are not wanted. Eagerly they await your permission to assist. Sometimes their assistance will be simply to “lighten” your mood so you can relax enough to be able to receive new ideas. Sometimes their assistance will take more substantial form, but always it will be only within the ability of you to accept their help. I have worked consciously with angelic beings since I was a teenager. They have been there for me; they will be there for you.
Now is the time. There is only the now. Time is passing faster each day. Soon there will be no time. Soon we will learn how to play with time, to understand cycles and how time acts in spirals and circles, how to slow it down and speed it up according to our individual need. Now we are living through the last days of linear time and are emerging into a planetary awareness of multidimensionality. We exist in all planes, all times and all places. I realize that these are concepts that are difficult for some people to understand, but approach it from a right-hemisphere point of view. For example, an experienced painter will see a painting as it is complete while staring at the pristine white of a new canvas. He sees the painting as it is, as it will be, as it exists in his mind’s eye or imagination (“I image in”). His imagination then leads his hands and fingers to create on the canvas what exists in his mind. And the painting comes to life. Mind you, this kind of work takes a lifetime to perfect, even life times, but always it is done with the use of imagination and the seeming suspension of time as you work. In music, it is said that Mozart heard the tunes that he wrote down, note by note, complete and without changing to become the masterpieces that he is known and revered for; truly a master. How does one become a master? By being the master. Seeing it as a possibility in your life and then dedicating your every waking (and sometimes sleeping) moment to that task.

This is what we must do for ascension. Dedicate ourselves to becoming the masters we are within. Dedicate ourselves to bringing that master within out into the world. This will only happen for those who are unafraid of criticism and who release fear and doubt from their worlds. And now is the time of opportunity to gain a great thrust of momentum towards your goal as your efforts are being supported on every level by the cosmic light that is being beamed upon this planet. Even if it appears that your efforts are not manifesting in your outer world, release the anxiety, turn within and listen. Learn to trust. Learn to have faith that change will occur in your world when you are ready to deal with it, when you are ready to be it.
It is interesting that this article has emerged both as a channeling piece and an individual effort on my own. It shows that there is beginning to be a true blending of both our worldly and divine natures. If it is possible for me to experience this, it is possible for you. We are all one at the core of our beings. Each of us has something beautiful to offer to the world even if it is simply by being here. All of us are loved and treasured by our Creator. I have felt that love and have experienced it when I have needed it; when I have called out for assistance and guidance, it has been there. It just takes a willingness to believe that you truly deserve and are worthy to receive love and guidance. Our heavenly and galactic families wait patiently for us to recognize that we are greater than we seem; that we are truly gods as dear Master Jesus told his followers so long ago.
Ascension, for each of us, is truly an opportunity, an act of trust and an individual act of dedication. In the remaining minutes, hours and months, we will all experience moments of doubt and hesitation. When those moments occur, we have the choice whether to go on or to drop back. Our decisions are honored; free will reigns on this planet of choice. I do know that I will confront my fears, examine them closely and then let them go. Fear can no longer dominate my life. I follow, most humbly, in the footsteps of those who have gone before me. I will walk into the light with open eyes and an open heart. I hope to greet you all when I get there.

Hold On Here We Go!

Fasten your seat belts. We have ALL been preparing for this Cosmic Moment for Lifetimes. Know that the end result of this amazing ride is going to be glorious. Remember, you already have within you everything you need to fulfill your part of this Divine Plan. Enter your heart and from within the sacred place of the Most High Living God, ask your I AM Presence to reveal to you the magnitude of the opportunities unfolding on Earth at this time that will allow YOU to add to the Light of the world.

During the next six weeks, we will experience several powerful influxes of Light that have the capability of moving the Earth and all Life abiding on this planet forward in the Light a quantum leap. In order for this to be accomplished God Victoriously, this Light must be drawn into physical manifestation through the Heart Flames of people abiding in the physical plane. That means you and me!

The success of these events will create the necessary catalyst that will result in the birthing of the New Earth in all her resplendent glory. This birth will take place in the Realms of CAUSE during Earth’s alignment with the galactic core of the Milky Way, which will happen during the days of the Solstice, December 21-22, 2012. Even though we will not experience all of the perfection of the New Earth in our daily lives on December 23, 2012, the Company of Heaven want us to understand that once something has occurred in the Realms of CAUSE nothing can prevent it from eventually manifesting in the world of EFFECTS. The only variable is how long that will take and that is up to you and me and every other person existing on Earth.

The patterns of perfection for the New Earth must be drawn into the physical plane, the world of Effects, through the thoughts, words, feelings, actions, and beliefs of the Sons and Daughters of God abiding on Earth. These patterns include the archetypes for both our New Planetary Cause of Divine Love and our newly birthed Renaissance of Divine Love. The paradigm for the New Earth reflects the profound Truth that “We are One with ALL Life” and that there is no separation. It also contains the viable solutions that will allow Humanity to respond to every situation on Earth with Reverence for ALL Life.

I will briefly share with you the Divine Intent of the various influxes of Light, and the opportunity we will have to add to the Light of the world during these events, as revealed to us by the Beings of Light in the Realms of Illumined Truth. In addition to this information your I AM Presence will reveal to you the part of the plan YOU have been prepared to fulfill during this unprecedented moment on Earth. In order for you to be the Open Door for this influx of Light, which you are destined to be, it is critical that you remain in a state of Listening Grace and respond according to your inner guidance

The first step of this 40-day process begins today with the influx of Light that occurs every year on November 11th, 11:11. This year we are experiencing an exponential expansion of the Light that was anchored last year, in the core of purity, in every electron of precious Life energy on Earth. That occurred during the 11:11:11 celebrations of November 11, 2011. That influx of Light activated Humanity’s pineal glands and began the initial impulse of Earth’s Ascension into her new 5th-Dimensional Solar Reality. That event greatly expanded our new Planetary CAUSE of Divine Love. The success of that facet of the Divine Plan paved the way for the Birth of a Renaissance of Divine Love which occurred during the 25th Anniversary of Harmonic Convergence in August 2012.

Eleven is the master number that reflects THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE PHYSICAL INTO THE DIVINE. Every man, woman, and child embodied on Earth has the sacred geometry of 11 and 11:11 and 11:11:11 encoded within the Divine Potential of our RNA and DNA structures. These codes are activated by our I AM Presence when we move through various phases of our Ascension process. During the next six weeks, our I AM Presence will activate these codes in new and profound ways. This will accelerate the Divine Alchemy of Humanity’s transformation from carbon-based planetary Beings into crystalline-based Solar Light Beings. This activation will be greatly intensified by the Solar and Lunar Eclipses that will take place this month.



 

On November 13, 2012, we will experience a very powerful New Moon Solar Eclipse. The Light flowing into the Earth through this celestial alignment will enhance Earth’s Ascension into her new Solar Reality. The Solar Record Keeper Crystals that were placed throughout Earth’s Crystal Grid System during the influx of Light on 11:11:11, and the new frequencies of the 5th-Dimensional Solar Violet Flame of God’s Infinite Perfection that Saint Germain and his Legions of the Violet Flame secured on Earth in May 2012, will be amplified a thousandfold during this Solar Eclipse. This will allow the necessary purging of the Earth and the cleansing process that is being accomplished by the Elemental Kingdom to move forward in more gentle ways.

The devastation that took place in the United States of America during Hurricane Sandy was heartbreaking, but the number of people who survived that powerful purging process was an act of Divine Grace. The positive thing that seems to always happen when this kind of tragedy takes place in the world is that people everywhere revert to the inner knowing that We are One and that there is no separation. Even the least likely people open their hearts and with love, compassion, and genuine caring they reach out to help their sisters and brothers in the Family of Humanity. In these painful situations people around the world invoke the Light of God on behalf of those who are suffering, which gives the Company of Heaven permission to intervene in awesome ways. It is a great benefit, and not by chance, that we are entering this important phase of the Divine Plan with the hearts of people everywhere open to full breadth.

After the Solar Eclipse the Light will build in momentum until we experience the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse on November 28, 2012. In the midst of that building momentum of Light, on November 22nd, we will celebrate Thanksgiving Day in the USA. When millions of people simultaneously turn their attention to the people, places, conditions, and things they are grateful for in their lives, it creates a collective cup of consciousness that allows the Divine Quality of Gratitude to expand, expand, and expand through all Life on this sweet Earth. That expansion of Gratitude will greatly intensify the positive effects of the Lunar Eclipse.

The Lunar Eclipse on November 28th, will expand the Open Heart energy of both Humanity and Mother Earth. This will allow the I AM Presence of every person on Earth to magnetize the patterns of perfection from our newly birthed Renaissance of Divine Love more effectively from the Realms of Cause. This will pave the way for the powerful activities of Light that will occur in December.

On December 12, 2012, 12:12:12, our Mother God—the Holy Spirit, and the Feminine Aspects of Deity throughout all Creation, will breathe into the Earth’s Crystal Grid System the highest frequencies of God’s Transfiguring Divine Love that Life on this planet is capable of withstanding. Due to the monumental influxes of Light that have occurred over the past several decades, and especially since the Dawn of the New Millennium, this will be the greatest influx of Divine Love Humanity has ever experienced.

 


For over 500 years, December 12th has been celebrated in Mexico and throughout Central and South America as the Feast Day of the Virgin of Guadalupe. For millions of people this aspect of Mother Mary has symbolized the return of the Divine Feminine, our Mother God. On 12-12-12, our Mother God, and Her exponents representing the Divine Feminine throughout all Creation, will cocreate a Forcefield of Divine Love that will envelop every atomic and subatomic particle and wave of Life on Earth, and all of the spaces in-between the particles and waves of Life. This forcefield will reinforce a multidimensional and multifaceted Womb of Divine Love and a Birth Canal of Divine Love that will assure Earth’s safe passage up the Spiral of Evolution, and the Birth of the New Earth in the Realms of Cause.

The Beings of Light are aware that in most instances this information is beyond the comprehension of our finite minds. But they assure us that the I AM Presence of each and every one of us clearly understands the bigger picture of what is happening on this planet. They said that adding to the Light of the world during this miracle of the Shift of the Ages and the Birth of the New Earth in all her splendor, is exactly why we volunteered to embody on Earth at this time.

It will help to remember the reality that the Company of Heaven has reiterated to us over and over again. They have told us that as Sons and Daughters of God we are multidimensional Beings existing in many levels of consciousness simultaneously. They said the physical plane that we think is so tangible and real is actually the least real of all of the dimensions we abide in, and that the physical plane of Earth is the very last dimension to reflect the changes that Humanity is cocreating in the Realms of Cause.

The events of 12-12-2012 will be the final steps of preparation leading up to the December Solstice and the Birth of the New Earth on 12-21-2012. These two dates reverberate with the master number 11, 1+2+1+2+2+0+1+2=11 and 1+2+2+1+2+0+1+2=11, the numerical frequency of the transformation of the physical into the Divine. Isn’t God fun?

On December 21-22, 2012, the Earth will align with the Galactic Core of the Milky Way. This will open a portal of Light that will extend from the very Heart of our omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent Father-Mother God—the Cosmic I AM—All That Is, into the Divine Momentum pulsating in the center of the Earth. This influx of Light will flow through God’s all-encompassing Divine Matrix to bless every particle of Life on this planet. This Divine Matrix is the Body of our Father-Mother God within which all Creation lives, moves, breathes, and has its Being. This influx of Light will begin the process that will Birth the New Earth in the Realms of Cause. This will be Earth’s New Beginning. From that moment forth, the patterns of our Planetary Cause of Divine Love and our Renaissance of Divine Love will easily flow into the mental and emotional strata of Earth. Humanity will be able to easily tap into these patterns of perfection and through our thoughts, words, feelings, actions and beliefs we will bring them into manifest form. These patterns contain the viable solutions to every humanly-created malady existing on Earth.

The Birth of the New Earth will accelerate the awakening of even the most recalcitrant souls, thus causing a shift that will take place in the energy, vibration, and consciousness of each and every one. This shift will reflect a new level of understanding that all Life is interconnected, interrelated, and interdependent. These precious souls will begin to realize that what affects one part of Life affects all Life. From this new awareness people will be inspired to work together to find win-win solutions that will benefit every person and enhance the existence of every facet of Life on Earth.

The Company of Heaven has given us an activity of Light that will greatly assist in preparing Humanity and the Earth for the influxes of Light that will take place during the next six weeks. Please participate in this opportunity according to your Heart’s Call. This is our moment. Our time is at hand.


 

 DIVINE LOVE VISUALIZATION

Now in Oneness with the I AM Presence of every person on Earth and the entire Company of Heaven, I AM the Cup, The Holy Grail, through which the Love of God now lifts every particle of Life evolving on this precious planet.

I AM my I AM Presence, and I invoke my Father-Mother God to release the Love of God flowing through the Divine Matrix. Beloved Ones, project this Love into the Heart Flame of every person on Earth, and direct every person’s I AM Presence to expand this Love until it envelops the entire Planet Earth. (pause)

The Earth is now a blazing Sun of Divine Love pulsating in our Solar System. On the Holy Breath, our Father-Mother God and the Aspects of the Divine Feminine throughout Infinity expand the Love of God that is flowing through the Divine Matrix and breathe it into the Sun of Even Pressure in the center of the Earth. As the Love of God merges with the Divine Momentum pulsating in the Heart of Mother Earth, she breathes this unfathomable influx of Love into her Crystal Grid System to bless all Life.

Now our Father-Mother God invoke the Angels of Transfiguring Divine Love from the very Core of Creation and direct them to traverse the planet north, south, east, and west. In response to our God Parent’s Heart Call, these selfless messengers of God enter the aura of every man, woman, and child on Earth in preparation for an Activity of Light that will bathe the planet in 5th-Dimensional Crystalline frequencies of Transfiguring Divine Love. This frequency of Love is beyond anything Humanity has ever been able to receive.

Now as One Breath, One Heartbeat, One Voice, and One Energy, Vibration, and Consciousness of pure Divine Love the Angels of Transfiguring Divine Love breathe into the Heart Flame of the I AM Presence of every person on Earth, the most intensified frequencies of Love Humanity is capable of receiving.

This wondrous Love penetrates into my Crystalline Threefold Flame, which is now enveloping my physical, etheric, mental, and emotional bodies. On the Holy Breath, this influx of Love expands through my Heart Chakra and flows into the Heart Chakra of every person on Earth.

Through this amazing influx of Love, the I AM Presence of every person becomes a power point of Divine Love unified in consciousness with the I AM Presence of every other person, inbreathing, assimilating, expanding, and projecting this forcefield of Love throughout the Earth to bless Humanity, the Elemental Kingdom, the Angelic Kingdom, and All Creation.

The I AM Presence within every person is now the Open Door for this resplendent Love. We are collectively changing the core vibration of the primal Light substance, which has gone into creating the present negative conditions that are surfacing all over the world to be healed and transmuted into Light.

Through the Love of our Father-Mother God, through the Angels of Transfiguring Divine Love who have selflessly volunteered to remain within the aura of every person on Earth, and through the I AM Presence of every Human Being, we are the CAUSE of this Forcefield of Divine Love anchored on Earth.

On this sacred and holy day, we have set in place the basic spiritual forces of Divine Love over which Humanity will now Ascend out of our long exile in darkness into the 5th-Dimensional Realms of Light. Every person on Earth is now being raised into a profound awakening of supreme Love consciousness—we are, here and now, the Masters of Love we were always destined to be. We are Beings of Love, fully accepting responsibility for Loving this sweet Earth and all her Life FREE. We are One with this blessed planet, and the planet is One with us.

In deep humility and gratitude, every person’s I AM Presence now affirms:

 

 I AM a forcefield of Transfiguring Divine Love. The Love of God is now thriving on Earth through me, and through the I AM Presence of every person on the planet. The blazing Sun of Transfiguring Divine Love that is now enveloping the Earth is transforming into Light every frequency of energy, vibration, and consciousness that is less than God’s Divine Love.

The dedicated Lightworkers who are serving Humanity and the Earth through this Activity of Light are selflessly paving the way for the Birth of the New Earth, and the patterns of perfection for our Planetary CAUSE of Divine Love, and our newly birthed Renaissance of Divine Love.

 We are here to support and acknowledge the Light that is being called forth and anchored. It is you who are calling and it is you who are anchoring the energies and frequencies of Light awareness. We celebrate the shift of consciousness we are witnessing as the seeds and codes within each human are being activated. 

As a multidimensional star being and a true standard bearer, you have walked this path and the denseness of the timeline, for eons offering a vibration of love, compassion and forgiveness. Remember that it is through the chalice of the heart centered human that all transformation takes place within any timeline or any universe.

You have gathered experiences, challenges, dense and painful emotions and have been willing to transform them, as cosmic alchemist. Your courage and willingness is honored and recognized by all who witness your actions and your spiritual integrity.

The mis-qualified energies that have been offered to the collective by the shadow consciousness of humanity are being brought to the Light for true upliftment and change. You have been the vanguard, going beyond the ordinary, stepping into the extraordinary and unparalleled action to anchor and call forth the new reality, the next new world.

We have observed your struggles both personal and collective to bring this change in consciousness to this dense reality. Each time that you willingly practiced simple dedicated actions infused with your joy, gratitude and appreciation you added to life.
Each time you shifted an emotional response from anger or judgment to love, compassion and forgiveness you were doing galactic and global service work on a personal level. You are adding more Light consciousness to the collective.

Remember to offer that same love, compassion and forgiveness to yourself. Acknowledge yourself and continue to love yourself free. It is your birthright to awaken to who you are as a galactic citizen, a multidimensional alchemist who travels the cosmic realties offering Light consciousness to whatever space or dimension you focus upon.

In the coming time you will own your power to influence the energetic substance of any reality. In an unprecedented shift of the ages, several earth, galactic and universal cycles are coming to completion. This completion of cycles offers the universe alignment and the recognition of unity and oneness with all. 

You are experiencing the ending of one great galactic cycle and the beginning of another. 
There are alignments occurring which open cosmic portals allowing energies to flow to this reality and timeframe raising everything to a higher vibration. 

The completion of this incredible cosmic cycle is activating your awareness and inviting you to welcome the true understanding of the extraordinary dimensional shift of which you are an active part. You are the chalice for these incoming vibrations; anchor them fully into the field and matrix.

 

 We invite you to continue to be courageous and hold fast to your clear heartfelt intentions. The chaos that you are witnessing will continue as more and more mis-qualified energies come forth to be transformed. The suffering, poverty, violence and greed are slowly being healed; remember the changes will be subtle yet profound. Hold firm your resolve as you call forth, envision and welcome these powerful shifts.

This is especially the time to hold firm your vibrations of love and compassion. Do not be impatient or discouraged; do not doubt your work or service to this future reality of oneness and unity. There is a gathering, an ever increasing number of awake and aware like-hearted minds that are ever vigilant; you are a member of this omniscient unity. Together you are holding and calling forth the enlightened progression of the new reality.

Telepathically connect, listen with your heart, meet in your dream time and gather in the quantum field of all possibilities. Own and acknowledge that you are a part of this assembly, this convergence and this core of divine minded individuals who are truly calling forth an energy which will honor all life in all ways.

You have remembered and diligently collected tools of consciousness since you entered this dense dimension. You have done your mundane earthly tasks, your personal inner work, and all the time knowing within that you had a much higher purpose.

Despite all the challenges and the discouragement you have continued to strive and walk the path of most Light. Trust what we share; you are on the home stretch. For many lifetimes you have given your love and compassion only to be thwarted by those who were afraid. Those experiences on the timeline have escorted you to this moment and the awesome unfolding and gifting of the Light that you have always carried.

Travel the timelines and forgive and release all that needs to be forgiven and released. Do this work for yourself as well as for humanity. Each time one conscious individual transforms and heals any expression of dense dysfunctional energy on any timeframe or dimension, all are uplifted, transformed and healed.

It is now your awareness that the inner technologies are the most powerful in bringing and inviting the new realities. In our transmissions we have shared many of these inner tools, these inner technologies with you - the power of your heart/mind chalice to transform, the emotional and energetic alchemy practices, your true awesome ability to create by envisioning. Many other wise voices have offered energetic tools and guidance as well; we invite you to use all those that resonate with you. 

Even though many times it felt like you were walking this path alone, facing the hardships and struggles by yourself, we invite you to remember when you felt the presence of love and guidance in some form. You are most fortunate to realize how truly supported, loved and honored you have been. We acknowledge you, we see you and we celebrate you.

You are the ones who show the way, you are the system busters, the paradigm shifters, and you are the vanguard anchoring the Light of consciousness in another reality and another timeframe. You are bringing another cycle of cosmic life to completion.

Honor yourself, honor one another, honor your interstellar brethren, and honor all the beings of Light consciousness that are also contributing to this extraordinary dimensional shift and completion of another cosmic cycle.

 

 Honor the paradox. There is still work to be done in this dimension. There is still darkness of consciousness to transform. We invite you to do it with great joy because you know it is your divine choice, it is a part of this galactic hologame.

There are other dimensions that do not offer the variety or the contrast or the polar energies of extremes. We remind you as a multidimensional star being you know all those many dimensions as well. Remember it is always your choice as to where you focus your awareness and bring your multidimensional consciousness.

Preparation for Ascension Shifts

It is with the love of the Creator and great delight that I step forward to greet you today. My love is embedded within your being always, supporting and nurturing you with every moment of your ascension. For many of you I have been by your side since your first activation of ascension within your being. As a world teacher alongside Master Jesus, it is my purpose to guide you as to the will of the Creator for ascension on the Earth. As you are aware you are existing in most amazing and exciting times, where shifts are occurring every moment within your reality and the united reality of the Earth. These shifts will only develop, enhance and accelerate over the coming years as we all draw ever closer to uniting as one with each other and the Creator. There is so much fun, enjoyment and miraculous experiences coming into your reality at this moment and in the future of the Earth. Please know that the Earth will remain with you through all these shifts until you are ready to change your dimensional energy and begin a new progression. The Earth will support you as we move through December and into 2013, please know that you are safe, protected and loved by the Creator, please know that everything is perfect at this moment on the Earth and within your being.

 Over the next few months and even year you and the Earth will experience a fall, a loss, almost a death or the feeling that the end is here. I do not say this to bring fear into your sacred energy but to make you aware, it is the death, loss, fall or end of old energies or of reality as you know it. It is an energetic death or loss rather than a physical. You are moving through these shifts now, you are losing many parts of your being and the way that you identify with yourself but you understand and recognise that this is necessary for you to achieve a greater state of bliss on the Earth. It is important to remember that whether you are on the Earth or the inner planes, the experience of letting go of attachments and unneeded energies are very similar. On the inner planes we are watching you all release so much, we are also dissolving illusions and becoming more united on the inner planes. We are working upon advanced processes of dissolving self, even dissolving the separation of our being as a soul or soul group. On the inner planes great intention is being placed upon our soul groups, we are being asked to exist as our soul groups more and more, we are forming a tremendous sense of unity. Everyone is achieving unity at this moment, the Creator is asking us to unite our energy so that our vibrations become similar and quicker therefore we can be simultaneously lifted up to the light, supporting each other through the process of embodying and embedded greater love which is pouring from the Creator. It could be compared to a wedding on the Earth, everyone is gathering together in unison to honour the love of a couple, but for us the entire universe is gathering together to honour the love of the Creator, the love of a couple (meaning the partnership of all of us united in a most beautiful relationship of oneness with the Creator.) There is always a great celebration at a wedding and so our celebration will be the love, bliss and peace that are experienced in various degrees by each person.

 One of the main insights that I wish to share with you is that this time has been long awaited and is a most beautifully glorious time but it is not the end, nor is it the beginning, it is simply a transition of light, consciousness and vibration within your being and upon the Earth. There will be many more shifts such as this which will be even more magnificent and greater than the current shift that is occurring, which will carry and propel you forward. The shifts will become easier because you are being asked to let go of so much of the past at this time that in future shifts you will be no longer existing in or holding onto. You will be existing in your present making the transitions smoother and less challenging. The reason for this time of 2012 being so anticipated is because it is akin to the final transition within and holding onto old energies, egos and thought patterns. It is a great release of the past; there will be nothing in the future experienced like this upon the Earth. You will continue to release and let go of old energies beyond this time but it will not have such importance or influence upon your being as it does now.

 I wish to say that if you are experiencing bliss at this time, enjoy it because it will only enhance and magnify, if you are experiencing challenges and the process of release at this time then enjoy it because you will never feel it so strongly again as you do now, because beyond this point you will become far more centred and so emotions and thoughts will no longer have an intense influence upon your being. It is my view that whatever you are experiencing in your reality is a process of release and letting go. If you are experiencing pain, fear, anger, insecurity and so forth you are recognising and releasing these now in order to free yourself. If you are experiencing joy, abundance, bliss and happiness you are still releasing because you are allowing these aspects of yourself to flow freely from your being therefore creating freedom. This time is most glorious and I hope that you are able to thank yourself for choosing to be on the Earth now with the most wonderful gift of experiencing.

 An additional purpose of coming forward to you today was to share ideas, insights or advice about preparing yourself for this time of growth, accepting tremendous energies, freedom, dissolving separation, greater unity, acceptance of love and the release of the past, which is often entitled ascension. Please remember that these are only thoughts from my heart which I feel may be of benefit at this time.

1. Relaxation for the Mind - There is a need to give more time to relaxing the mind. With so many shifts occurring within and around your being, the mind can go wild trying to understand and interpret everything that is happening. The mind may become confused or begin to focus upon energies that are being released which need to be let go of by the mind quickly. This is not the time for the mind to be working or analysing, it is a time for the mind to take more periods of relaxation and to rest within the heart. This can be achieved through meditation, by imagining the mind as a light, energy ball or object melting and drifting to rest in the heart chakra. If the heart chakra is not completely open then this may feel very neutral and almost empty,but this is fine as with greater focus on the heart chakra a more blissful vibration will be experienced. So please do not try to think too much and by allowing times of peace you are creating a greater sensitivity to what is occurring around and within your being.

 2. Attune Your Crystals - Many of you have crystals in your reality or homes which you may use on a regular basis or you may not. It is my belief that now is the time to cleanse your crystals and to ask for Archangel Metatron to attune your crystals to the channel of light, love and consciousness that is ever flowing from the Creator’s heart chakra onto the Earth. Ask Archangel Metatron to ensure that your crystals receive all the new energies being anchored and flowing from the Creator’s heart chakra so that each crystal may vibrate, radiate and anchor these energies into your being and reality. This means that the energies are not only flowing into your being through your soul and attunement with the Creator but are also flowing into your reality as a magnification through your crystals. This makes your sacred space extremely abundant in the Creator’s present energies, allowing for a greater experience of the shifts occurring at this time.

 3. Love Yourself More Each Day - Your unconditional love for yourself is paramount at this time because it is your security, your safe haven, your healing balm and your ability to recognize the truth of the Creator. Even if you are unable to currently feel or sense your unconditional love for yourself by simply believing and affirming in your mind that you love yourself unconditionally will allow for the activation of your ever flowing unconditional love from within your being.

 4. Sharing with Self-Understanding -  We are currently moving through a process of dissolving separation and accepting unity, whether it is unity between each part of our being, unity with the Creator or unity with other beings / humanity. It is wonderful to share and radiate our energies, light and consciousness while also sharing verbally and energetically the truth of our beings. With challenges and the need for releasing old energies this process can be achieved at a quicker rate by sharing your thoughts or feelings with another, a guide or even with yourself as you say it out loud to yourself. While this is extremely beneficial as it allows everyone to be of service in numerous ways there is a need to be conscious of what you are sharing. My meaning is that if you are experiencing suffering and you share your suffering with another person, there is a need for you to be observant of your sharing, being aware that the suffering is coming from your ego. I wish for you to share and I do not wish for you to control or limit your sharing but be alert as to the entire process and what you are feeling, where it is coming from. Even in your sharing acknowledge that it is your ego speaking or your truth speaking, be aware what part of your being you are feeling and experiencing as you will find that this allows you to detach and bring greater enlightenment forward.

 5. Ensure You Are Supported By Your Guides - Your guides have a powerful role to play in your ascension at this time, they have much to share with you and much energy to support you. They will not assist you in this way unless you ask them to so please allow yourself to ask for the support and divine intervention of your guides to advance your ascension daily.

 6. Enjoy and Be Grateful - Now is the time to enjoy every moment and to be grateful for every moment, remember that you chose to be on the Earth now so enjoy even the hardest of experiences and be grateful for everything that you choose, create and experience. Express your gratitude daily in order to awaken humanity’s consciousness to the divine quality of gratitude and the state of awareness that gratitude moves you into.

7. Let Go Of All That You Can - To let go is to dissolve attachment, this doesn’t mean that an object, friendship or mind state needs to be discarded but that it no longer has an emotional or mental hold upon you, you are able to love what was the attachment which can sometimes mean that you feel a greater connection but also a greater freedom between you and that which you let go of. In truth you are setting yourself free. By simply exhaling deeply and stating or holding the intention of letting go of whatever you are focused upon, a greater freedom can be experienced.

 My words may seem like spiritual common sense to you but they are simply an encouragement to support you at this most sacred time. Please know that I am here to love and assist you always.
